Biography: Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity, Professional Construction Manager, 2001-2003. With a background in construction management and finance, Randall Chioini's primary practice focuses on representing construction companies and businesses in a wide array of matters ranging from contract review to arbitration and litigation. During the serious downturn of the economy, Mr. Chioini was successful in assisting clients in shoring up and defending their assets through litigation. In 2011, Mr. Chioini successfully foreclosed one of the largest commercial properties in Michigan and staple Detroit landmark property, The First National Building on behalf of his contractor-client.
