Biography: Originally from Baldwin County, Alabama, Robby is a graduate of Daphne High School, where he was co-valedictorian of his graduating class. He later graduated from the University of Alabama and The University of Alabama School of Law, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. Prior to joining the firm, Robby clerked for a Mobile, Alabama-based law firm and the Hon. William H. Steele, Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama.Since joining the firm, Robby has developed a diverse, regional practice focused on the defense of products liability, professional liability and personal injury litigation. He regularly appears in state and federal courts throughout Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia and Tennessee as lead counsel for clients ranging from product manufacturers, to long-term care facilities to individual medical and non-medical professionals being sued in errors and omissions litigation.
