Biography: Neyah Kane Bennett started his trial career as a prosecutor. As an Assistant District Attorney, he was in the courtroom every day. He tried numerous jury and non-jury cases to verdict and questioned hundreds of witnesses under oath in court proceedings. Prior to practicing in a small firm, Attorney Bennett spent several years practicing at one of Connecticut's largest litigation and trial firms where he was named a Partner. His experience included the handling of cases involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and business disputes. Attorney Bennett's practice encompasses a wide array of civil litigation in state and federal courts in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
