Biography: Ann Goodman advises clients on the Mid-Shore on a broad range of planning issues. Her practice focuses on estate planning, tax planning and estate administration, with special expertise in elder law, asset protection and planning for individuals with disabilities. She drafts simple or complex documents, wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advanced directives to meet family and philanthropic goals, and minimize taxation. Ann assists with probate and trust administration, estate litigation and guardianship matters. Ann is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and wealth preservation. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Ann received her undergraduate degree from University of Maryland at College Park. She graduated cum laude from University of Baltimore School of Law and was admitted to the Bar in 1994. Ann served as a law clerk to Judge Raymond Thieme in Anne Arundel County, then began practicing in Easton in 1995. Ann serves as a director of the Chesapeake College Foundation Board, and currently as the Secretary and Vice-President of the Women & Girls Fund of the Mid-Shore Community Foundation.
