Biography: Dave concentrates his practice in the commercial lending area, representing lenders and borrowers in a broad range of asset-based and real estate based loans, bond transactions and other complex commercial loan facilities. In addition, Dave has substantial experience in real estate acquisitions, commercial leases and condominium developments. He is also the general counsel for the Maine Health and Higher Educational and Facilities Authority, an instrumentality of the State created with the purpose of providing eligible non-profit colleges, universities and licensed health care facilities financing for qualified projects by issuing low cost, tax-exempt bonds.David is the Vice-Chair of the firm's real estate department, and has been recognized by several attorney ranking organizations as one of the leading attorneys in the field of Real Estate Law.
