Biography: Attorney Daniel J. O'Connell is the managing partner of O'Connell & Plumb, P.C. He graduated cum laude with his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and graduated with his Juris Doctorate from Boston University Law School in 1987. Attorney O'Connell is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, United States Court of Appeals, First Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Hampden County Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Associations and Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
