Biography: Mr. High has practiced in Twin Falls since 1979 and has been with the Benoit firm since 1981. He graduated from the University of Utah cum laude in 1973, with a Bachelor of Science in psychology. Mr. High pursued graduate work in the area of psychology at the University of Tennessee in 1974. He then spent several years employed as a fire cause and origin investigator for the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management in Boise, Idaho. Mr. High then pursued his law degree from the University of Idaho graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 1979, after which Mr. High returned to his hometown, Twin Falls. Recipient: DRI Exceptional Performance Citation, 1992; Idaho State Bar Outstanding Service Award, 1996; Idaho State Bar Professionalism Award, 2003.Mr. High is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, the Society of Barristers and the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys. Mr. High is also a member of the International Association of Defense Attorneys, American Board of Trial Advocates and Defense Research Institute.Bar Fellowship: International Society of Barristers (State Chair, 1999-); Master, Theron Ward Inns of Court.
