Biography: Galen Watje’s entire career has been spent in litigation, and he has tried well over 100 cases involving breach of fiduciary duty, franchise law, contract law, trade secrets, unfair competition, trademarks, unjust enrichment, injunction, minority shareholder issues, software licenses and leases, uniform commercial code, discrimination, ownership of technology, tortious interference with contract, misrepresentation, fraudulent concealment, partnership law, mechanics lien law, property tax valuation, and anti-trust, including Robinson-Patman issues. Mr. Watje has represented manufacturer’s representatives in a number of cases that have attracted national attention, and has handled numerous large cases involving multiple companies and hundreds of depositions across the United States.
